Making SMSF lending simple
Making SMSF lending simple
Granite SMSF Loans offer a range of features designed to help you manage your SMSF property investment with confidence, whether you’re purchasing commercial property or refinancing residential and/or commercial property.
One of these features is our SMSF offset facility, a transactional account linked to your SMSF loan. Funds held in the offset account reduce the loan balance on which interest is calculated each day, helping you save on interest while maintaining access to your available funds.
We also provide clear and easy-to-understand loan approvals and offer documents, making it easier to understand your loan and manage your SMSF borrowing obligations.
Through our secure online internet access portal and mobile app, you can conveniently:
- View account balances and transaction history
- Access and manage your SMSF Offset Facility
- Make BPAY® payments
- Transfer funds and complete online redraws to the Cash Management Account held in the same name as your SMSF loan

A leader in SMSF refinancing
Granite offers market-leading SMSF refinancing options, including our SMSF Easy Refinance process, which allows qualifying SMSFs convenient access to a better rate and repayment with Granite via a streamlined application process.

Purchase property through your SMSF
Our SMSF lending solution supports eligible business real property purchases within an SMSF structure. You may be able to borrow with a minimum deposit of 20% for eligible business real properties subject to lending criteria, valuation and lender assessment. Additionally, we do not perform ongoing liquidity re-tests, helping simplify ongoing SMSF administration and reduce unnecessary paperwork.
